Getting my miles in this week. So far, thirteen and I have an eleven mile run on Saturday. Morgan, I totally know how you feel. I'm enjoying it and what it does but at the same time, I hate it sometimes. I don't feel like I'm a lot faster than I was when I started. I think it's possible. Our running store has some classes and I'm thinking about getting some instruction there. I really like that book. I haven't read it for a couple days and I need to get back to it. I wish he had a video because I'm trying to translate his descriptive words into my actions. I'm glad I have people around me to translate.

I'm looking forward to my run on Saturday. I'm hoping to run outside and enjoy the sunshine. A lady was attacked Monday while running - makes me a little nervous. She was running alone and at night. I think you have to be a little proactive about things. Don't run alone at night, on a trail, alone. I think if I stick to the neighborhoods and busier roads I'll be okay. Maybe my son will ride his bike with me.

Tomorrow is a workout with Jackie. I'm excited to go but I'm hoping it's not too lower body intensive. I'm hoping for a good core workout.
