Done! Eleven mile run is done. I did it inside this morning. I know, I was looking forward to being outside but there is just some comfort in being inside - water and bathrooms. I felt great. I used some techniques I learned reading my new book. I felt good except for one tiny thing - my toes fell asleep. I stopped acouple tims and loosened my shoes. At mile ten and a half it was unbearable - I took off my shoes and walked, then removed socks. Neither felt great. I put my shoes back on and finished. While I was stretching, I took my shoes off and it felt great. I sat through a basketball game and when I put my shoes back on, my feet killed. The ball of my foot was the most tender. I'm thinking new shoes. I've got to figure out how many miles I have on my shoes. Any way, good run and good Saturday!
