Oh man! Workout this morning was awesome! I didn't give my full effort because I have my long run tomorrow and this workout was leg intensive! I love how I feel when I'm done. My arms, especially my triceps are still rocking!

I hope I don't feel to much of this tomorrow - eleven miles maybe a long, long ways tomorrow!
