2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Four miles done today. My legs are sour from Friday and Saturday. My first two miles were harder than I wanted. Miles three and four were awesome. I just followed another runner and kept pace with her. It felt great.

Morgan - I stepped off the sugar wagon. I had a piece of Texas sheet cake. It was good. I'm back on. I felt good being on it and avoiding the sugar. It's okay. I've got control and I'm getting right back to no sugar.
