Well - I made it. I got up on a Thursday. I only did a few selected Jillian circuits but I miss them. I've got to be a little more dedicated to doing them. I need the reshaping - the strength and toning that Jillian provides. That is the next step. Consistent strength and toning. Shaping my body into what I want. Before it was burning calories and fat - now its work on the muscle underneath.

I've had a little body image - light bulb - moments this week. When I sit down and see my tummb bulge. Looking in the mirror and seeing my midsection and butt. It's funny because I haven't noticed them in a while. They are still there - bigger than I want. They are one of the last segments of the weight loss journey - then onto maintaining but that is not in the near future.

Sustaining - sustaining the energy, the drive, the motivation to keep going forward. That's what it's all about right now. Sustaining. The holidays are brutal.
