Running was great this morning. A little sluggish in the energy department but my body felt good. We ran a little later this morning since the kids are out of school and it was nice to sleep in a little. It's going to be a great week.
Last night I made my chocolate chip cookies that I love. I used egg whites instead of whole eggs and 2 cups whole wheat flour instead of 3 cups of white flour. I need to see if that helped the points. I need to work on the shortening, margarine and sugar. The chocolate chips are staying for now -- they're just too good.
