It's Friday! Yes! It came so soon this week. Last was forever. My cold is hanging on by its fingertips - crazy cold! Try as you may - you're not gonna stay!

Being healthy has meant a lot of things to me. One of the things I haven't had to use yet - I used last week. When I got my cold - it was minor. It didn't know me down - I wasn't laying in bed. My family all of the flu and I cleaned up vomit for a week. Knock on wood - I didn't get it. Thank you body! I will continue to treat you good - you just keep up your end!

Running felt great this morning. 4.08 miles - 45:59 minutes - pace 11'15" I got new shoes - like my others - Brooks Launch. Love them!
