I'm throwing around the idea of doing Seth's challenge. Why just throwing around and not committing? No good reason. It would really get me through Christmas and New Years. A little push is always nice.
I'm a little sore from Jillian yesterday - a good sore. I love how I feel after I do that workout. At points during the workout I hate it - I don't like surrenders. I don't. Also the move where you lay on your side, feet stacked and you have to lift yourself up - I'm sure I will get stronger and be able to do them. I need to find 3 pound weights. I'm using 5 pounds and my shoulders are dead at the end of that circuit.
