Great run today. For the first time in about 2 weeks I'm feeling better. My pace was better throughout the first 3 miles. Last mile was slower but that's okay. My poor friend has the same cold I do - hers just started. Ick.

I'm throwing around the idea of doing Seth's challenge. Why just throwing around and not committing? No good reason. It would really get me through Christmas and New Years. A little push is always nice.

I'm a little sore from Jillian yesterday - a good sore. I love how I feel after I do that workout. At points during the workout I hate it - I don't like surrenders. I don't. Also the move where you lay on your side, feet stacked and you have to lift yourself up - I'm sure I will get stronger and be able to do them. I need to find 3 pound weights. I'm using 5 pounds and my shoulders are dead at the end of that circuit.
