How are my goals going?
1. Running more each week. This hasn't happened. I have put the treadmill away to make room for the Christmas tree. Is this an attainable goal? Yes. Running an extra day really isn't an option. Running extra on the days I do run -- this is the better option. I can run 2 extra laps each time - this would add an extra mile each week. I consider anything over 4 miles when running a bonus.
2. Jillian Michaels. I just said do more in my original goal. I will set a value to that - Do Jillian's workout on Tuesday and Thursday. No sleeping in. Get out of bed and get it done. No questions asked. Will this help me achieve my goal of weighing less on January 1st? YES!
Non-activity goals.
1. Tracking -- Done. Done. Done. Tracking saves me. I have tracked. This goal is helping and I am successful here.
2. Journaling positive thoughts. I need to be more focused. My journal has in general been positive but I haven't be specific in my journaling. I can do this.
3. Focusing on behaviors - I feel like this has been done in general. Starting the new PointsPlus has helped here. This week I am focusing on the behaviors. I'm really going to focus on the new plan. I'm not getting on the scales until Saturday morning.
Overall - not bad. Could I be doing better. Heck yes. Today. This week. It starts. Here comes Jillian - Meet Thursday Jillian. Merry Christmas!
