So I have kept to my goal this week. I have tracked every bite. YES! I didn't exercise yesterday - a day off now and then is kind of nice. I did get up this morning and did the 2 mile walk with Leslie Sansone. Love it! The first week in February I'm going to try the 3 mile walk on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday I would really like to do some toning. I bought EA Active over Christmas and have yet to try that -- maybe that will be my Tuesday and Thursday workout. I think before weigh in tomorrow I'm going to work out. My goal for the weekend is to not blow it -- don't gain weight over the weekend that I have to struggle to lose the first part of the week and then try to lose on top of that. I've got to sit and plan how to handle that for Saturday and Sunday. Oh happy day! Let's go get started!
