Okay - this is good. Day 4 of exercising this week. I feel good. I hated being sick a couple of weeks ago. No energy. I just wanted to sleep. Now I have so much more energy. I was up a couple pounds and now almost back to normal. Crossing my fingers that by Saturday I don't have a + sign on my weigh-in tracker. Now off to shower. I'm running late. Yeah Wednesday! How I love the middle of the week - the signal that Friday is coming soon.
