I stayed up way to late last night. BUT look, here I am! Pat! Pat! Pat! I just did the short 1 mile walk and it felt great! I really did feel so good yesterday and can't wait to get going today. I met my goal yesterday and I tracked everything I ate so on to a new day and let's go!
I forgot to tell you about basketball and my boys. Z signed up for Junior Jazz. He has practices and games and absolutely loves it. We bought a pass to the Rec Center and last week went a couple nights. It was great. My boys moved the entire time. Each one had a red face and was tired when we left. My weight loss isn't about me, it goes so much deeper. It's about my family and building a more active and healthy family!
