I started Weight Watchers on Saturday - I don't think that I'm in the rythum yet but I will be. Last night I sat and planned out all of my dinners, now to see what I have for breakfasts and lunches. A trip to the grocery store may be in order. I'm excited to get started - again - I know but this time will be great. I know it work - I had success before Christmas - that is a great motivator to me. Lets get moving. I did the Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk today it was great. A little tire because I haven't worked out since the week of Christmas but it felt good. My goal is to be doing the 5 mile walk by April - what do you think? Hopefully by May I can be getting outside to run. I feel cooled down now, time to shower! Here's to a great day of tracking what I eat and to eating good!
