So I didn't work out yesterday -- Dear son was throwing up last night -- I was tired! I did the 3 mile today to make up for yesterday. Thoughts of negativity are flowing today and I don't know why. I'm very impatient with only losing a 1/2 pound a week. I know it will add up. I know. Just slow going. I need to look at my eating. I'm within my points each day but I am adding in my activity points. I need to look up how to deal with those. I also need to mark my water. I think I'm getting enough but am I tracking it so I know. Am I getting my dairy each day? Know I'm doing good on my veggies and fruit but haven't tracked them very good. I have met my challenge this week -- add 10 minutes added to my work out. Nice job! Off to the shower!
