Monday! Monday! Monday! I'm excited for this new week! The challenge in Weight Watchers this week to add 10 minutes to our workouts. So for this challenge, I did the 3 mile walk today. Whoa! It is tough but good. Fifty minutes long. It felt good. I was going to start this in February but to answer the challenge feels great! I was up 0.8 pounds on Saturday. UG. Not really happy with myself. This isn't going to happen this Saturday. No more +s for me! Here goes the day! Yeah to me! Nice workout!
