I have been loving Weight Watchers. Only one week under my belt but it was a good one as far as eating goes. Exercising could have been better but I had a sick family and Brian was out of town for work. I did work out three days so better than nothing. I've got to take time and figure out a new menu for the week - mine is a little messed up. I know a little shopping for fresh veggies is a must. I have done great - yesterday was a fireside and then we went to dessert at the Adam's house. I didn't have a brownie at the fireside - yeah! Then Stephanie brought a plate of them to my house and I had two - ug. Then I went to Melanie's and had ice cream and a little brownie. I can tell that sugar stinks. I also had a corn dog and baked tots - I can tell a huge difference in how I feel today. I'm glad I have this comparison. I know I want to feel better than this! Get going this week!
