I didn't have a chance to post yesterday but I did run. For the first time in a week. It felt great! It was in the upper thirties the entire time. I love running when it's cold. My hamstrings were tight when I started from the Fitness Blender work outs but loosened up as I ran. I ran just over three and a half miles. I'm thinking I need to do that when I ran and at least once a week have a 5 miler to keep my distance there.
I love what I'm doing activity wise. Food wise. UG. I feel like I've wasted a week. I've got to become the person I'm not --- organized. I've got to plan and organize my meals. I've got to track. I've done it before. I can do it again. I will do it again. We get paid this week so I can start by planning a menu and getting everything straight!
I will do it. I am NOT WASTING A DAY!
