After Friday's post, I went to Youtube to find some fitness videos I could use in addition to the dvds I own.  I found a wonderful thing!  It's called Fitness Blender.  I love their workouts.  I actually purchased a program from them for $7 - it's a pdf with each day written out and a link to the workout for each day.  It also gave some nutritional guidance and a fitness test.  It made me really excited to get started.

I started on Day 1 today.  I was a little worried that it would be too easy.  I feel like I'm in pretty good shape.  Um... it challenged me.  I actually was surprised that I wasn't in better shape.  I can't wait to see where I am in eight weeks!

This morning, I'm going to sit down and plan my food for the day.  I am also going to track.  It is a waste to have access to my Weight Watchers and not use it.  I am going to TRACK.  I am motivated.  I can do this!
