Yesterday was crazy busy!  I did get up and do part of my Fitness Blender workout.  I ran out of time but I got the first video in.  I tracked yesterday!  Yeah!

Last night was a late night so I slept in, got my kids off to school and just finished my Fitness Blender workout.  It was just under 40 minutes and was an HIIT Pyramid workout.  I really liked it.  The burpees and mountain climbers kicked my butt!  You did an exercise for 15 seconds, then had 15 seconds rest, then the same exercise for 30 seconds, then 15 seconds rest, then 45 seconds, then 15 seconds rest, then back down - 30 seconds, 15 seconds rest, 15 seconds, then rest.  I did this for 6 different exercises and it last 2 rounds.  I love the variety.  I'm not bored and I'm feeling better.  I'm feeling connected.  I know that sounds weird but I feel like my muscles and holding me up better and I'm more connected.

I'm loving it!

Off to shower.  My day won't have enough hours if I sit here!

Be active.  Do something!
