I tracked yesterday! It was good at the end of the day to know I was done. I had used my points. I wasn't going over. It felt great! Today I will track.
I did Day 5 of the Fitness Blender workouts. It was a lot of lower body, first mixed with cardio, then toning, then stretching. It was tough but doable. I was definitely tired when I got to round three in the cardio.
This morning was a hard morning. I had to take the dogs to my son's class for show and tell. By the time I was done, I was starving. Seriously low on fuel. I ate a cookie, then a pancake, then a cookie, then a Greek yogurt, then a cookie, then lots of water. Seriously! What was wrong with me? Three COOKIES?
I'm going to track them and I'll just go from there. I will own it!
