2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

I did Day 3 of my Fitness Blender workouts.  I love that it's different each day!  I'm not bored and it's challenging.  My body is weak in so many areas.  I could run for miles and my legs are strong -- in certain areas.  Can't wait to be strong all over!
