I skipped yesterdays workout. I was up part of the night and had to be ready early so it didn't happen. Excuses. I know. I also made maple bars. UG. It was rainy and blustery. I made dinner for another family so I made white chili and maple bars. The white chili really healthy but the maple bars are just addicting.
I know I can do these workouts. It's the eating that's holding me back. Tracking. I feel like I have no time ever and tracking takes time. Funny how I have time to check facebook. Priorities. Where are mine.
I got up and started today's workout. I did the first video and then when all my kids were gone to school, I finished the second workout.
One thing that I'm finding -- I am not flexible. My hips are especially tight. I'm hoping that these workouts with the different movements will help. I think three years of running and not doing the proper stretches consistently has been hell on my hips.
I will do better today. I will track. I will know what I'm eating. I will not waste today!
