2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

On the schedule today - Cross training and speed training.  I did a mile warm up down to 200 south and back.  Next -  speed training up Nathaniel Drive.  It's only a 1/4 of a mile but its a pretty good hill.  I ran up and jogged down four times.  I felt good.  My legs were definitely tired the fourth time but it still felt great!  Glad I'm feeling normal again.  Normal is so relative :)
