Great day yesterday! Did a 6.5 mile run - downhill - uphill - downhill - uphill. It all felty great! I felt strong and I can't wait to continue getting stronger!

I went to a running class at Runner's Corner last night. It was really great & I can't wait to implement everything. They video taped us - very interesting. I still heel strike - disappointing:( my posture wasn't bad but could improve. Arm - definitely need work but that's an easy fix. I've got to work on cadence. I'm very excited to do this & see how it goes!

This is a little bit vain but I've got to work on me. I looked really heavy on the BIG screen. It's time to get serious about losing again. Time to focus on the next 15 pounds:).

I need to sit down & plan. Get my veggies figured out, no sugar, more toning:)
