2013 Goals

Great 5 mile run this morning. My goal was 6 miles but I started later & had to get my son on the bus.

I felt so good- first two miles I felt a little tired. When I turned around at two and a half, I realized that I had to be home. I told myself I wasn't tired and headed up the hill. The more I run up 1500 East the less intimidating it becomes. Love conquering a hill!
I have a chant I've been repeating - "strong arms - kick back - upright - lean". It really helps me & when I focus on that I find myself running below ten minute mile. Love it!
