3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Good run today!  I got nine miles in today.  I was tired but it felt pretty good.  It's hard to believe that I ran a marathon when nine miles seemed tough.  I've got to remember to grab some chews or gu so that I have some energy.  Not fueling is no bueno!
