Yesterday I bought a new workout ball. I have done Core Secrets in the past and decided I should do that on Tuesday and Thursday. I pumped the ball up last night so I could be ready this morning. I loved it. It really makes you work - I only did the 20 minute quick workout. I actually felt like throwing up in the middle so I slowed down. I feel so good right now. Love it. I also found some shoes I love at Kohls last night - $20 for a pair of shoes that don't make my feet hurt. I also got on the scales this morning - I know, once a week, once a week. I was just curious. Down 2.5 pounds. 255 lbs. Whoa. I've got to be careful tonight at Brian's work party - I need to be careful all day and save some points. Now for a yummy breakfast! Low points of course!
