I am back to Monday and working out. I told a little break over the weekend and didn't work out but here I am today - I'm ready to go. I really like this walking but ready to try something new. I paid attention today to my breathing and how I felt through the work out. I think I had better stay at 2 miles for a few more weeks. I wanted to try the 3 mile just for variety but I think I would die half way through. So just for the record - breathing fairly hard, not able to keep up with the pace without a lot of work, and ready to be done when this work out is done. Eating this weekend wasn't too bad. Stephanie brought over some yummy lemon poppy seed bread - yep I ate some. It's the holidays! You know what - I didn't eat the entire loaf and I could walk away after one slice. I did eat the fudge that Gwen brought over - it's the holiday! I didn't eat it in one day - I ate it over the course of three days and Zac shared with me. I'm excited to weigh in today. I really like Mondays as the day - it keeps me very honest over the weekend. So, here it goes. Off to the shower and the scales!
