2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Today I opted for the 1 mile walk. I worked out everyday last week and so far every day this week so it's okay to have a slow day. It feels good to get up and get going! Love it!
