Look at my weigh ins... in a month I have gained, yes gained 5 pounds. UG! Today, I pulled out my weight watchers stuff and found an unused journal and got started. I journaled the entire day. For dinner, I had 14 points left so I figured out what I could eat. We had tacos which normally would break the points bank - I rinsed the ground beef and pulled out a can of refried beans (9 g of fiber) to eat with the gb. I measured everything, ground beef, beans, cheese and rice. I was kind of surprised at how much more it was after I measured. I didn't exercise this morning but you can bet I am tomorrow -- ok I'm posting this the day after and yes - I did get up and work out. I love Leslie Sansone walking videos. I found one at the DI I have been doing and yesterday ordered some from Amazon. I am really excited to do these during the winter months. My plan is to do them 3 days a week and 2 days a week do Core Secrets or another ball workout I picked up. I'm going to do this! One day at a time. All I have to worry about it one day --- I have a Christmas Dinner this week and Lillian's Birthday dinner I have to think about and figure out what I can eat at those to I won't break the points bank. Here I go -- Day 2 starts.... now!
