I missed logging anything yesterday so I will back track a little. Yesterday I did my brand new Walking away the pounds with Leslie Sansone. I love it! This cd comes with a 1,2,3 and 4 mile walk. I have done the 1 mile last week and wanted to try a little longer workout so I did the 2 mile. I love it! I did the 2 mile again this morning (yes it's Saturday). Love it! Yesterday was an okay eating day. Did great until dinner. I didn't journal dinner and I plan on doing that this morning. I used lowfat margarine, lowfat cheese (didn't melt so I added some regular), green peppers, onions, mushroom and roast beef on my sandwich. My down fall came in the piecing. I baked french fries and tots as a side dish - next time I will put a portion of those in a bowl so that I have controlled piecing. I am learning from my mistakes. Next time I will portion it out. Another was the Doritos that Amy brought. Next time I won't even taste them. They really aren't worth the points. The french fries aren't bad - 15 fries for 2 points. I can live with that for dinner as a side dish. I'm a little nervous to get on the scales but the scales are my friend. I'm not going to be nervous. I'm exercising - eating the way I should . If I journal every day and exercise it will all work out in the end!!! I'm cooled down now -- it's off to the shower! Yeah me!
