I am learning new things everyday. Sugar is bad. I did know that. I have to journal until bedtime. My journaling has been ending at dinner and dinner isn't journaled. This is a must. I know this is a must. Today - I journal last night's dinner! I'm throwing around the idea around of joining Weight Watchers again. I think the support at the meetings is so beneficial. I think access to WW products is also beneficial. I really like the food journals they provide each week. Today, I'm going to create my own food journal and see if I can make something compact and more like the official one. I got up and did the 2 mile walk away the pounds. Love it! I want to move to a different one - the 3 mile. I feel like I need to stick to the 2 mile until it isn't hard and I can do it with ease. I feel good!
