I'm feeling good. I have energy. Yesterday and today, I worked out with Leslie Sansone. She's my favorite. Since the workout I have is only 20 minutes long, I skip the cool down and start the workout again at the 1/4 mile mark - it works out to be around 34 minutes which include the cool down and stretching. Hayden was up early this morning and did some with me. It's really nice not to have to go to the gym -- it's sooooo cold.
I journaled everything yesterday - that is the key. I don't care what anyone says. I have to write it down and subtract the points each time. I got on the scales this morning - I know, I know -- but I was down 257.5 -- yeah! I'm sticking to this. One day at a time, inch by inch, pound by pound -- it will come off. I really want to to on Trek at my goal weight of 207 lbs. If the pioneers can do what they did --- I can do what I need to. Back to the small picture -- focus on today. What's for breakfast?
