Day Two

I really debated walking today. I decided I had better try out my new shoes and see how my heel felt. I stretched out good and got on the treadmill. It actually felt pretty good. I'm done now and it doesn't hurt. We'll see about later in the day. I signed up for Spark People yesterday. I'm kind of excited. I'm going to spend some time on the site today and figure out just how it can help me. Day two -- yes!
