Day Eleven

It's Sunday. Time for a day off -- yes! No workout today but eating is still be focused on. I love Spark People. I love the freedom it gives me. I can feel a difference in how I feel and how clothes fit. I'm in control. I want find a picture of a 1 lb package of butter to represent the pounds I have lost. Good idea, uh?
