Day Six

Today I really thought Bailee would wake before I could get started. Luckily I got my cardio done and stretched before she woke up. I have to say that watching NCIS while walking just makes the time pass so quickly. I love it and can't wait for the new season to begin. I've got to figure out a stretch for the muscle that is on the front of my lower outside of my leg. It has been getting very tight towards the end of walking. My arms are a little sore from lifting yesterday and it feel great! I really like SparkPeople. I spent a lot of time on it yesterday and it is loaded with tools and motivation. I can customize everything I have looked at which is really nice with the food part. It has a place to enter recipes, calculate the fat, calories & such and store them. I like Weight Watchers when I did it but I didn't have access to anything like this. It is really incredible. It makes the lifestyle changes that need to happen flow easily.
