Day one

Today was my first day since November 2008 that I have exercised. It felt very good! Throughout today I have had more energy but my heel hurts. My heel has hurt since Bailee was born. I've got to figure it out so that I can exercise as much as I can. I've got to figure out how I want to handle eating. Weight Watchers or Carb Addicts?

Later in the day...
My heel on my left foot has killed me all day. I think walking this morning in my shoes I have worn everyday since January really hurt my heel. I have rubbed it and stretched it hopefully doing the stretches and rubbing will help. I actually just got back from buying new shoes. I tried on a lot of shoes and hopefully these will give my heel enough cushion to keep walking. I know that exercise is the key - mentally and physically. I'm wondering if I should figure out how I can post what I am eating everyday. I am trying to figure out what will work for me and my family. I know that they need to eat better as well. I'm on the search for a life style change we can all live with and improve how we all feel.
Okay, looking at these shoes, they aren't the prettiest and they felt good in the store, right now my feet feel a little pinched. I'm going to adjust the laces and see what happens.
