Day Five

My heel feels so much better and over the weekend, I noticed a remarkable difference. Thank goodness. I got up and got the kids off to school and then got on the treadmill. I watched an NCIS episode that I have been wanting to see. Time on the treadmill just flew by. I also logged onto Spark People and figured out what lifting I needed to do and started my strength training. It felt great! I love how I can track everything I do. Now I need to track everything I eat. I'm sure Spark People has the tool, I just need to spend some time looking! Love it! Keep it up and think before I eat today!
