Day Twelve

It's Monday -- time to get back at it. It felt good to get on the treadmill this morning. The only problem is when I entered my cardio as a treadmill 19 min mile it is 100 calories burned shorter than a walking 19 minute mile. What's the difference? I did my strength training again - felt great.
