Why can't I find the time to post? Crazy! Had a couple good runs in last week. I've actually really enjoyed running at night. I am STRUGGLING to get up when it's dark and get out there. I know that once I'm out it's not bad but it's really hard to get out of bed. Last week I also did the 30 Day Shred. I really didn't realize how weak I was. Running just doesn't do everything a body needs. I am weak but I am getting stronger.
This week I'm going to run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (maybe Saturday) I'm going to do the Shred. Today my run was awesome. I was pushing my daughter and 42 pound toddler. Holy Moly. My pace was slower but I really enjoyed the run. I got in five miles - felt good! I have a great time talking and running. She's great entertainment. I had big intentions of getting up at 5:45 AM. My alarm rang and I hit snooze....about six times. I finally got up, got dressed to run and went upstairs to get my kids to school. After they left we ran. Perfect time, company and weather!
