Oh man.  It seems like sugar doesn't tempt me unless I make a goal not to eat it.  Curse it!  Today has been a struggle.  I'm not sure why.  I need to make a plan and get a menu done so that my breakfasts and lunches are planned.  Protein shakes for breakfast are getting old.  So are salads for lunch.  I just need to break out of the rut I'm in.  Easy to do!  I've just got to get my crap together!

Last night I went for a run.  It was awesome.  They just paved the canal trail.  It is heaven to run on.  Nice, smooth and level.  I loved every minute.  I just ran down to football practice and then caught a ride home with the boys.  Fall is my favorite time of the year.  The evenings are perfect!  I have to admit that getting out of bed in the morning to run in the dark stinks but that's okay.  Who said I have to run in the morning?
