Running is great! It's taken me a lot of places. I'm not going to quit but I'm definitely going to start going a new direction.

I am soft. I have bumps where I don't want them. A muffin top that fluctuates weekly. I need to be stronger. I need to be more tone.

I started the 30 Day Shred this morning. I definitely need some strength training. I'm not going to just rely on Jillian. I love doing Jackie Warner so she'll be incorporated. So will Bob Harper - I really like his DVD that I have. It will push me in a month or two.

I'm shooting for some new goals. I'm going to aim for my original Weight Watchers goal of 164 pounds. I've maintained 170-174 for a year and I know it's not where I want to be. Ten to fifteen more pounds & I think I'll be a little more comfortable in my own skin.

I haven't posted before & after pictures really. If you know me - you may turn away at any moment:)
