Whoa!  It's been almost a month.  Time just passes to quickly!  I've been running, eating right and all the good stuff.  I've been to Hawaii - it was fabulous!  I ran on the beach - ate lots of yummy fruit and food! 

Today I was looking at Pinterest and found a fantastic website.  Here's the link - Blondeponytail  She has AWESOME workouts.  I can't wait to try some of them. Lots of stuff for runners to increase strength needed in the right places for runners.  She really is has so much information - can't wait to follow everything she has!
