3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

One week to go!

I may throw up just thinking about it! I've driven the last part of the course so I've created some good mental helps. Points along the way - end of canyon - Riverwoods - Will's Pitstop - last hill - Cougar Stadium - final stretch.
There are about 12 stop lights to cross.
I can do this! I just want to have nothing hurt and I can do this!

I'm going to run/walk. Try to keep a good pace on the flats & hills & cruise down the hills:)

My goal - just over 5 hours. I don't want to be close to 6 but if I am - I am!
I'm going to finish no matter what!
