I did a Jackie Warner workout yesterday.  I love her!  I feel like I've worked and it feels great.  Today I'm a little (alot) sore but that's okay.  My glutes and hamstrings are sore and that's exactly what needed the work!

I ran this morning.  I used the foam roller and stretched before I went.  I actually made it about a half mile before my knee/IT band started hurting.  I stretched and kept going.  I got about two and a half miles before stretching stopped working and I just walked home.  It's okay.  It was a lot better than Monday.  Tomorrow I go to physical therapy and we'll see if my stretching, icing and rolling has done any good.  Hoping so!

I figure it will take six weeks to be everything working again.  Yes, that is a random number but it sounds good!
