2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Weigh in was today. I really wanted to hit 80 pounds today. I was only down 0.2 pounds. Not quite there yet. If I had run today I would have been there but that is an artificial loss. Weight loss after running is simply dehydration. Next week I'll be there and I can't wait! Next is 85!
