I took yesterday off.

Today I woke up early and did half of the workout.  After my kids went to school I did the arm workout.  I really, really like Fitness Blender.  I love the variety and I love how I'm feeling.  I miss running and being outside but I just need to make time for that at night --- some how.

Eating.  Sugar is my demon.  Seriously.  It is like an addictive drug.  I'm thinking I need to the the 21 Day Sugar Detox again and this time STICK to it.  I'm also planning my menus and I'm thinking about going Paleo again.  I like eating that way and it's just a matter of planning.  I know that refined carbs are my downfall.  I've got to get some structure and a plan.

Off to shower and get the day moving.  I feel a cold coming on and I've got to stay ahead of it!
