I've been slacking. A LOT! I think it's normal for this to happen. It's just happening on a larger scale this time. I'm eating whatever I want and when I want. It's out of control. Today I will TRACK. Today I will PLAN. Today I will do PREP for the rest of the week. TODAY. Not tomorrow.
I just did Day 2 again of the Fitness Blender workouts. I am out of shape. I'm not any where close to where I was in August. I will get there again. I will. Why? Because TODAY I worked out. TODAY I'm going to do what it takes.
