Day 13 of Sugar Detox.  Feeling good and eating a post workout breakfast.  Sweet potatoes, carrots, a little sausage and a little bacon - so yummy.
I ran 9 miles this morning and I felt really good the whole way.  I ate some carbs last night and a banana this morning.  During my run I used my normal fuel - Cliff bar and chews.  I know they aren't on the detox but I totally felt more energy.  I will continue with the regular detox today.
I'm going to plan and shop and cook for the final detox week.  I've got this!
