I love running in the fall.  The scenery is beautiful, the leaves crunch under your feet, and the air is well - usually cooler but this afternoon was warm.  Still a nice day.  Today is the last warm day for a while.  A winter storm is coming tonight and tomorrow, bringing the white stuff along with it. 

This year I am definitely going to run in the snow.  I am moving out of my little box.  I'm doing circuit workouts in the morning instead of running in a circle and I'm running outside whenever I have a chance throughout the day.  I'm enjoying it a lot more!

My running is a little slower this week.  My legs are heavy and sluggish.  I think this is from the strength training I've been doing.  I'm going to work on my flexablity and stretching good so my legs get back to normal.
